Fax Recording Option Features:
- Records the transmissions of traditional fax machines
- Recorded fax transmissions can be reproduced on-screen and printed on a printer just like any other archived fax
- If your employees prefer to use a traditional fax machine to be able to send handwritten letters or forms - these transmissions are also automatically recorded, maintaining a complete archive of all faxed communication
- Recognition of fax communications is restricted to standard G3 and can not be guaranteed under all circumstances
